I was educated at Seoul National University (S.B.) and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (S.M., Ph.D.), trained in theoretical and applied mechanics with remarkable mentors and teachers (M. Cho, L. Anand, D. M. Parks, G. C. Rutledge and M. C. Boyce). I've been with the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology since 2019.
